Himachal Pradesh Forest Ecosystem Climate Change Project: An Update

“Himachal Pradesh Forest Ecosystem Climate Proofing Project” is being implemented in two districts of Himachal Pradesh, India funded jointly by the German Development Bank, KfW and Government of India. DFS-GOPA Consortium has been assigned by the Himachal Pradesh Forestry Department (HPFD) (hereinafter Client) to provide consulting services for the execution of the project “Himachal Pradesh Forest Ecosystem Climate Change Project”, in India.


The duration of this agreement is accordingly to main contract of seven (7) years, i.e. 2016-2023. As a short term expert Rajan Kotru is making contribution to identify and appraise the bottlenecks causing the slow pace of implementation of the Project.
